This has to be one of the gnarliest covers we've ever had: Axel Cruysberghs feeble grind down a 19 stair (or a 2 flat 2 flat 2 flat 2 flat 2 etc. depending on how you closely you look at it).
Watch the footage of it HERE.
As you can probably tell from this month's very subtle cover lines, issue 122 is once again rammed with fine European skateboarding.
One of our main features is of course Phil Zwijsen's 14 page interview. Phil has been working on this one for a while and the accompanying exclusive Carhartt video part we'll be dropping next Monday is his best part yet. Those of you who went to its screening in Berlin know exactly what I'm talking about.
As always the mag is also pretty trip heavy and another article we are equally proud of is our Polar NYC feature with Pontus, Hjalte, Aaron Herrington, Paul Grund and Kevin Rodrigues (that you'll be hearing a lot more about in the very near future).
The second "Tour" of the issue is a collection of photos by DVL documenting the week some of the Antiz boys and their friends (Charles Collet, Jarne Verbruggen and Sebi Dorfer) spent in Paris right after the Downtown Showdown.
Our Scene series is also still going and this month's instalment focuses on one of Europe's lesser known skate scene's: Vienna. Kepp an eye out for the edit that should be dropping very soon...
We've also got a Kevin Vu Expand, a Travel Light article with Joe Gavin, Tim Zom, Jarne and a few more nutters, Felipe Bartolome's Check and tons of surprises!
